The City of Surprise ("City") seeks a qualified Contractor to perform construction services for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Roadway Reconstruction and Drainage Improvement project.

City of Flagstaff (the "Owner") is seeking Statements of Qualifications from Arizona licensed Contractors for Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") Design Phase and Construction Phase Services for the following project:Road Repair and Street Safety Program Bundle #2 Project Improvements to Beaver St. and Dale Ave.The project is located in west Flagstaff in the Downtown neighborhood. The project consists of both N. Beaver St. and Dale Ave. The project limits on N. Beaver St. begin at W. Columbus Ave. and end at W. Cherry Ave. The project limits on Dale Ave. begin at N. Humphreys St. and end at N. Agassiz St.The CMAR design phase services are generally described as working with the design consultant to complete comprehensive construction plans, perform constructability review, budget review, schedule review, and developing the Guaranteed Maximum Price ("GMP"). The CMAR would also perform subsurface utility engineering (investigation).
