The City of Phoenix through its Finance Department (the "City") is issuing this request for proposals ("RFP") from relocation firms experienced in helping governments (whether at the Federal, State or local level) provide relocation services and assistance to residential and business displaces (including property owners, tenants or other occupants) when real property is acquired by the City as part of City program or project. The relocation benefits and assistance are required by the Uniform Relocation and Real Property and Policies Act of 1970, as amended, the federal regulations promulgated there under and related Arizona relocation law.
